Sensory Friendly Gymnastics

We understand that finding the right gymnastics environment for a sensitive new gymnast can feel overwhelming, and we want to reassure you that at GymKidz, every student is welcomed and valued just as they are. Our Adaptive, & Sensory Friendly Gymnastics Classes are specifically designed to create a calm, supportive space where children can thrive through reduced stimuli like dimmer lighting and calmer music, clear visual instructions, flexible seating options, and extra breaks when needed. With smaller class sizes ensuring personalized attention from our caring instructors, your child will have the opportunity to explore gymnastics at their own pace in a truly inclusive environment - and you never know until you try just how much fun they'll have discovering their abilities!

A Parent or Guardian is required for each student in this class.
